  • Payment details (processed securely by third-party providers — we do not store credit card numbers)

To use our services, you must:

If an account is created for your business, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under that account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  1. Payment Terms

Billing & Pricing

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.

  • Fees are as quoted in your signed service agreement.

  • Ad spend budgets are billed separately from management fees.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once services have started.

  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to accounts, materials, and approvals.

  • Respond to requests within a reasonable time (typically 48 business hours).

  • Ensure all provided content is accurate and legal.

  • Maintain ownership of required accounts (e.g., Google Ads, domain, hosting).

  • Pay for all third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, tools).

  1. Intellectual Property

Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your business materials.

  • You own all accounts and campaigns we create on your behalf.

  • We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, methods, and internal tools.

  • We may use anonymized performance data for benchmarking or case studies.

Licenses

  • You grant us a license to use your materials solely for delivering services.

  • We grant you a license to use the deliverables we create for you, once paid in full.

  1. Performance & Results

We follow industry best practices but cannot guarantee:

  • Specific rankings or positions in search engines

  • A set number of leads or sales

  • Specific ROI or revenue outcomes

  • Approvals from third-party platforms

Any performance estimates we provide are based on industry data, historical trends, and current market conditions. They are not guarantees of future results.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep all confidential information private

  • Use it only for the intended purpose of delivering or receiving services

  • Protect it with reasonable care

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, we will provide final deliverables and transfer account access once outstanding payments are settled.
